Lovelissa Care Policy

Lovelissa earrings are made to last a lifetime if you look after them. Please treat your earrings with extreme care & remember that they are BREAKABLE. If they are dropped, stored incorrectly or the care instructions are not followed they may break or become damaged. Unfortunately, Lovelissa cannot refund you in this case.

To keep your earrings looking FANTASTIC please follow these handy tips below

*Please store your earrings in a clean dry environment, preferably in separate boxes as some of the mirror acrylics can scratch if it’s rubbing up against other earrings. If you wish to display your earrings, as they are a piece of ART this is fine too but remember to dust them often with a soft polishing cloth, reading glasses cleaning cloths are the best for this.

*Please keep away from perfumes, hairspray, makeup, moisturisers and the like as these things will mark and can permanently damage your beautiful earrings! Put on your earrings at the very end of making yourself beautiful! LAST TO GO ON AND FIRST TO COME OFF! If you do happen to slip up and get stuff on your earrings to wipe off straight away using a baby wipe or a dampened soft cloth then polish them up with your glass cleaning cloth.

*Please keep your earrings away from water. You cannot go swimming or shower with your earrings on!

*Please keep your earrings away from abrasive surfaces, acrylic can be scratched especially the mirror acrylic.

*Some of our earrings are made from fabric or glitter foam, these earrings are best stored away in boxes as the dust isn’t easily wiped off these beauties. You need to take extra care with these because if you get anything on them it can’t be easily wiped off, so they can be permanently damaged if they get wet or if you get any muck on them!

I know most of this is common sense to most of you lovely ladies, but just in case all these tips will definitely help keep your Lovelissa Earrings in pristine condition.
